Beer 10: Collective Arts Brewing Prophets & Nomads Gose
My daughter had a swim meet in Hamilton today, so we made a stop at Collective Arts Brewing in Hamilton on the way home. I bought a nice selection of brews that aren't available at the LCBO (or at least hard to find).
I chose the Prophets & Nomads Gose (4.5% alc.) for today to cheer some warmer, sunnier weather. This tart and refreshing glugger gets a kick from pink Himalayan salt & coriander. Some bemoan the saltiness of gose, but I had no problem slugging this one back on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Need a gose pun for sure here, so I'll go with: I gose down easy.
