Ontario Craft Beer 94: Kensington Market Pils

Beer #94: Kensington Market Pils (4.7%) from Toronto's Kensington Market 'hood has a sharp, grainy nose and a good hit of bitter lemon zest and sourdough bread. Lots of flavour in the beer under that tall pillow of foam. Available at the LCBO.

The brewery's new location on Augusta Ave. is slated to open any day now. I'll take a trip across town to sample some more Kensington beers on site when the doors open.
