Beer #193: Highlander Lion Grass (5.4%) is brewed with lemongrass and dandelion leaf, and I am so slow that it took me halfway through the drink to realize why it’s called Lion Grass. Cascade hops give this ale a citrus kick, followed by nice bitter lemongrass notes.
