Beer 3: Longslice Brewery Hopsta La Vista IPA

I took a large pull of the Longslice Brewery Hopsta La Vista IPA (6.5% alc.) while doing some March BBQing on the patio, and before I knew it, the beer was gone, except for a bit I saved to pour into a mushroom and onion sauce. The combo English- and North American-style IPA gives it a unique flavour of sweet malts and tangy hops. Nice work from this Toronto brewery.
