Ontario Craft Beer of the Month: April 2017
From now on, after each month of downing an Ontario craft beer every day, I'm going to select my favourite as Beer of the Month. For April, 2017, the first full month of the 365 Days of the Beer project, the 30 beers I consumed ranged wildly in style from a lager to a
double IPA. My pick is just that: mine. You might have a completely
different preference and think my choices taste like microwaved cabbage. Feel free to leave a comment to disagree, but I will not be swayed.
So
here it is: from Ontario Craft Beer #20, Collingwood 3-Point Saison
Farmhouse Ale (7% alc.). My tasting notes: "Pineapple, papaya and long
finish of Granny Smith apple. Terrific."
Sorry about the geeky pic, but the beer is really very good.
