Beer #121: Silversmith Hello Sailor Rosewater Kellerbier (5.3%) from Niagara-on-the-Lake (tasted yesterday) is an aromatic and delicately flavoured keller, with fine bubbles, caramel, and tons of floral and grassy flavours. Light lime rounds out the finish. Only available at the brewery, and worth the visit.
