Beer #123: Niagara College Teaching Brewery Beer 101 India Pale Ale (6%) is a lesson in beer, with classic pine and grapefruit rounded out with sweet malts and then an extra kick of bitter pine to the end. This was last night's beer, and Dianne and I also tasted it at the brewery during a weekend trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake. One of the great things this blog had done is led us down some roads we never would have gone, including an educational stop here at Niagara College.
