Ontario Craft Beer 131: Burdock Tuesday (Yeast B1)

Beer #131: Burdock Tuesday (Yeast B1) (4.9%) from Toronto has a soapy, spicy, floral aroma, and more complex yeast notes on the palette, along with refreshing lemon, orange, clove, hay and grains. Part of a series exploring difference saison yeast strains, this Tuesday is my first Burdock experience, and I can't wait to try some more. Thanks to my colleague, Binil, for picking it up for me.
