Beer #178: Lake Wilcox Small-Batch Pilsner (4%) – thanks to my friend Chris for picking up some hard-to-find beers from the Vaughan brewery. This limited-release pilsner pours a clear, light gold. Flavours balance well on the palette, with biscuit and lemon, and a clean finish. It's a hot Sunday afternoon, and I'm pairing this one with a book.
