Beer #199: The Exchange Brewery Wet Hop Ale (5.7%) is made with local Niagara-on-the-Lake hops picked just before being added to the brew, which features flavours of smooth, bitter hops, oregano and mild pine, I was sold on this beer right away. Great pre-Thanksgiving tasting at the brewery with family.
