Beer #225: Nickel Brook Uncommon Element Brett Pale Ale (5.2%) has a definite barnyard funk on the nose, and flavours of hay, yeast and stone fruit. I’m a Brett fan so I really liked this one, and so did the Canadian Brewing Awards, which gave it a gold medal in 2017. Available at some grocery stores.
