Beer #230: Beau’s Tom Green Cherry Milk Stout (5.6%) is another winner from Vankleek Hill. Pouring an attractive cherry-hued (yep!) mahogany colour, the flavours are so good I’d argue someone who doesn’t like Tom Green, cherries, milk, or stouts, would still enjoy this beer. Candied cherry and malts lead to a mocha finish. Lots of decadent notes yet still an easy beer to polish off. Available at the LBCO.
