Beer 14: Collective Arts IPA No 1
Today I ran home from work in the rain, into a headwind, wearing a heavy backpack, while juggling. So I definitely deserved a special post-run beer.
I popped open the Collective Arts Brewing IPA No 1 (7.1% alc.), which is the first in what will be a series of special project beers at the Hamilton brewery. They're certainly off to a rip-roaring start with the No 1, featuring a fine blend of Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Citra hops, each of which impart a unique flavour.
