Ontario Craft Beer 114: Kingston Brewing Co. Dragon's Breath Cask Ale

Beer #114: Kingston Brewing Co. Dragon's Breath Cask Ale (6%) starts with some toasty bitter and sour notes rounded out with sweet caramel flavours and a thin finish. Enjoyable enough but doesn't live up to the name. Drank this one at the brewpub on the Kingston waterfront, established in 1986, which is absolutely jammed with posters, photos, flags and knickknacks.  Fun place with tons of Ontario crafts on tap.
